| Vin Santo | Vin Santo: recognised as a DOC in 1997. The grapes come from vines registered under the Colline Lucchesi Bianco DOC, which are then carefully chosen and dried in a natural way until they reach a sugar content higher than 27%. This wine is bottled and put on sale three years after the production of the grapes. It has an intense golden color, tending to amber. Its nose is distinctive, pleasing and harmonious. The "amabile" Vin Santo is sweet and tastes of raisins whereas the "secco" has a dry, velvety and hamonious taste. | |||||
