| The Fubbiano Aceto di Vino (wine vinegar) is made from a selection of Colline Lucchesi wines. It is produced using the traditional method of slow acidification, with natural fermentation on the grape stalks. It matures in oak casks and is left to age until it reaches a high degree of acidity and has an elegant bouquet. It is the perfect accompaniment to a first-pressing extra virgin olive oil. The ideal dressing for salads, it also intensifies the flavour of sauces and delicate dishes. | ||||||
